Lady’s Friday Morning Bible Study, 5/23
Our morning study continues this Friday and runs every Friday through June 6. We hope many women can come, but even if you can only join us occasionally we welcome you. We will be meeting here at the building from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. There will be 2 babysitters, the nursery room and the crib room available, and, of course, there are other classrooms available for home schooled children eager to do their work. Men’s Bible Study, 5/24
We will meet on Saturday, May 24, at 8:30 AM at the building to study chapter 12 of “When People are Big and God is Small.”
Alex Crowe’s Recital and Graduation
You are invited to William Alexander Crowe’s Senior Piano Recital and High School Graduation on Saturday, May 31 from 1:00PM-2:00PM at Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church (4012 Birdsville Rd., Davidsonville, MD 21035). Reception immediately following in Fellowship Hall. Please RSVP to Maria Crowe by May 28.
Dealing with Aging Parents
We will meet on Thursday evening, June 12, at 7:30 here at the building. Rick Daniels will be speaking on legal issues (wills, health care directives, power of attorney etc.) concerning the elderly and the not so elderly as well. Even if you didn’t sign up please come and get some free legal advice from a Christian lawyer. See Barbara Coleman with questions.
Sound System Volunteers Needed
Needed: Adults willing volunteers to operate the sound system; no experience required, full training provided. Depending on the number of people who sign up, this will involve operating the sound system one Sunday (for all three services) every four to six weeks. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve the congregation. If interested see Neil Bloomberg.
