What is the motivation of the false teachers? What can we learn from that?
Tuesday – I Kings 22:1-28; John 15:18-27; II Timothy 4:1-5
What tempts the preachers and teachers of God’s word to distort the word of God and the gospel? How does that apply to all Christians?
Wednesday – Ezekiel 3:1-21; 33:1-9; II Timothy 4:1-5
What must the teachers and preachers of God’s word do? Does their calling change when there is hostility and persecution or success and popularity? How should that affect how we live?
Thursday – Mark 8:34-38; Philippians 1:29-30; 3:8-11; Daniel 3:16-18
To follow Jesus we must take up our cross. What does that mean? What does that mean for your life?
Friday – Matthew 15:1-20; Isaiah 1:1-20
What is the problem described in these passages? How do we keep from having the same problem?
Saturday – Psalm 19:7-14; Matthew 7:24-27; Romans 10:14-17; II Timothy 3:14-17
What will keep us from being led astray like the Galatians? How are you living out your answer?
